A study through the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Shopper Security analyzed eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five through the UAE and three from Turkey. It found that all 8 samples had been regarded "defective". 5 in the items sampled contained fats besides cocoa butter, which is not permitted in items labelled "chocolate" in Germany.C
